In data 18 dicembre 2018 l’Ancef<\/strong> con Fisascat-Cisl<\/strong>, Flai-Cgil<\/strong> e Uitucs-Uil<\/strong> hanno rinnovato il CCNL<\/strong> dei dipendenti da aziende esercenti la lavorazione, il commercio, il trasporto, l\u2019esportazione e l\u2019importazione all\u2019ingrosso di fiori freschi recisi, verde e piante ornamentali per imprese commerciali, consortili o cooperative.<\/p>\n

Riparametrati i minimi retributivi; novit\u00e0 per quanto riguarda contratti part-time, assistenza e previdenza integrativa.<\/p>\n

I punti salienti del nuovo Contratto Nazionale di Lavoro:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dall\u20191 gennaio 2020 riconoscimento del Fondo Est per i tempi indeterminati con il versamento al Fondo di 10 euro mensili a solo carico delle imprese.<\/p>\n

Dall\u20191 gennaio 2019 aumento contrattuale al 3\u00b0 livello pari a 95,00 euro mensili con la seguente progressione:<\/p>\n

Euro 25 mensili dal 1\/1\/2019
\nEuro 25 mensili dal 1\/1\/2020
\nEuro 25 mensili dal 1\/1\/2021
\nEuro 20 mensili dal 1\/1\/2022<\/p>\n

Totale massa salariale nel quadriennio euro 3.430,00 a cui vanno sommati i 360,00 euro del Fondo Est per i tempi indeterminati per un totale di euro 3.790,00.
\nAumentata l\u2018indennit\u00e0 annuale di vestiario di euro 2,00 passando quindi da euro 26,00 a euro 28,00.<\/p>\n

Sulle questioni sociali<\/strong><\/p>\n

Obbligo dell\u2019impresa, per i lavoratori con figli che hanno problemi certificati di cui alla legge n. 170 del 8\/10\/2010 di apprendimento, di poter richiedere la trasformazione temporanea del contratto da full time a part time.
\nI tre giorni di permesso a fronte di lutto, saranno riconosciuti per ogni evento.
\nAlle lavoratrici viene riconosciuto il diritto, sino al compimento dei 12 mesi di et\u00e0 dei figli, di poter richiedere, dopo la maternit\u00e0 obbligatoria, di poter usufruire di tutte le ferie maturate e di un ulteriore periodo di aspettativa retribuita dall\u2019impresa con una indennit\u00e0 del 30% della retribuzione tabellare pi\u00f9 scatti di anzianit\u00e0 senza maturazione degli istituti contrattuali differiti (tredicesima, quattordicesima, Tfr, ecc.).<\/p>\n

Sulla parte generale<\/strong><\/p>\n

Viene incrementata la quota a carico dell\u2019impresa per i lavoratori che aderiscono o hanno gi\u00e0 aderito al fondo di previdenza integrativa Fon.Te passando al 1,4% della retribuzione utile al computo del Tfr.<\/p>\n

La durata contrattuale passa da tre a quattro anni (validit\u00e0 dal 1\/1\/2019 al 31\/12\/2022).<\/p>\n
